Share Your Instagram Photos on #TCdining
We launched the #TCdining hashtag project on Instagram to get a glimpse inside the Traverse City foodie culture. By sharing photos of food and drinks from local restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries we get a preview of what’s popular among visitors and locals. It’s great forward marketing for local businesses. And the consumer benefits from some mouth-watering inspiration.
Every issue of the Traverse City Dining Guide includes a feature spread of images shared on the #TCDining hashtag. We credit the Instagram accounts so you can follow them. And we’ll add a caption to make sure readers know where the photos were taken.
Follow the @TraverseTraveler account on Instagram to see what’s on our plate as we eat and drink our way around the region. But more importantly, show us what makes your mouth water.
If you’re not familiar with hashtags, or using them on Instagram, here’s a quick guide to get started.
- Upload a photo, or take one on your camera using the Instagram app

- If you’ve already posted an image and would like to add a hashtag, you can go back and edit the text, or simply post the hashtag in the comments
